Not on the front lines, but I did help the escaped recruits get back to the city. That and I bandaged up a few people who got injured during the operation. I didn't get to see any of the fighting for myself, but I hear it was pretty epic.
if fighting can be epic... then yeah, i guess it was. not that i participated much beyond aid either, but i caught sight of a few people! we sure have an impressive bunch here.

Being captain has it's difficulties, but I worked hard to get to where I am. It makes you pretty popular with girls too, so I can't complain!
Yeah, there's definitely that aspect of the game. Setting up your team for the best attack and bringing out the strengths of your players is a great way to set up the offensive.
You also have the other team to worry about. Finding holes in the opponent's defense, figuring out which player is the worst at receives, noticing which blockers left space open for a spike, and psyching the other team out; there are a lot of things to keep in mind. And I haven't even scratched the surface of defensive plays yet!
